Sprinter: 40,000km / 2 years (Whichever comes first) 

Vito/Valente: 25,000km / 1 year

In order to support our valued Mercedes-Benz Van Customers, Van Road Care is provided for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period or whilst the van is operating under an approved Mercedes-Benz Vans Service Plan.

Mercedes-Benz Van Road Care is designed to provide you with assistance in case of a breakdown in Australia, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Owners can continue to enjoy the benefits of Mercedes-Benz Vans Road Care after the warranty period by purchasing annual membership.

Mercedes-Benz Vans ServiceCare

Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare makes your vehicle maintenance simple and flexible by providing competitive capped price servicing and repair choices to suit your specific van or ute requirements.

ServiceCare (BestBasic)

BestBasic covers base capped price servicing. It can be paid as you go, or can be pre-paid for further discount. When you pay-as-you go, up to the first three scheduled services are covered while the vehicle is under warranty. When pre-paid, your vehicle has the first three scheduled services covered irrespective of warranty status, and any unused service can be transferred with the vehicle when ownership changes.

ServiceCare (SelectPlus)

SelectPlus Pre-paid capped price scheduled services provide routine maintenance in the vehicle’s 4th and 5th years. It also includes repairs and roadside assistance. SelectPlus is only available when pre-paid for 4 or 5 scheduled services. 

ServiceCare (Complete)

Transparent pricing makes the Complete Plan perfect for planning your expenditure; it’s an entirely fixed-cost maintenance package that can be tailored to suit your business’s specific needs. It covers all services and wear and tear components for up to five years or more, to suit your needs1. Enquire with your retailer to find out more. Plus, it covers repairs and roadside assistance past the standard warranty period, and all work is carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians, fitting only Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts.

It can be pre-paid or via monthly debit.
